About Endurance Academy

Mission

The Endurance Academy is the parent organization for Endurance Volleyball (developmental programs), IVC (club/travel programs), EA Gwinnett (developmental and club programs based in Lilburn) and the Endurance Center (facility that offers memberships for volleyball open gyms, badminton and pickleball.)

Our mission for our athletes is as follows: To grow student athletes physically, emotionally and spiritually to equip them for life on and off the field and courts of play through the platform of sports.

We operate out of the Endurance Center located in the Johns Creek area. We have added an additional location for players in the Lilburn, Snellville and Tucker areas..

Bryan Johnston, Director

Bryan is a Georgia native and a graduate of Kennesaw State University. His background and passion for volleyball developed through his years of coaching youth sports. He is on staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and has been actively coaching since 1999.

Bryan’s exposure to volleyball happened in college where he learned the outdoor game (grass & sand,) playing two and three man volleyball. He played through his early 30’s before marriage and kids eliminated any spare time for extra curricula’s. Bryan learned the indoor game when his oldest daughter picked up the sport in the 8th grade and he began coaching the sport shortly after that.

One of the things Bryan hopes to accomplish through the Endurance Academy and its Juniors Club is to continue to create opportunities for young girls to play and be exposed to this great sport.

Bryan lives in the Suwanee, GA area with his wife Pam and their 6 kids (4 daughters and 2 sons.) They are active members of Browns Bridge Community Church.
